Hard Way Cider launches two barrel-aged ciders

Bath – The Hard Way Cider Co. has launched their first two cider products – Rogue Apples and Original Dry – matured in a combination of red wine, whisky and toasted oak barrels.
Founders and cider makers Lisa and Steve Goddard are currently constructing their retail store and tasting room, targeted to open in late August 2017 north of the Village of Bath.
Hard Way’s cider is currently available on draught at Riverhead Brewing Co. in Kingston and will be available for sampling at the Kingston Ribfest & Craft Beer Show in September and the Homegrown County Craft Brewing Festival in Picton in October.
