HogsBack brings Aporkalypse Now Bacon Stout to LCBO
Ottawa, ON – HogsBack Brewing has announced its seasonal Aporkalypse Now Oatmeal Bacon Stout will be available at retail for the first time since its introduction in early 2013.
“Beer lovers have always asking us when they can get Aporkalypse Now to enjoy at home” says Paige Cutland, co-owner of HogsBack Brewing, “We’re happy to say that – now can now bring home the bacon”
It’s recipe uses locally sourced bacon, fried prior to adding to the brewing process – 13kg of bacon for every 780 litres of beer – brewed to 5.4% ABV.
Aporkalypse Now Oatmeal Bacon Stout will be available at select LCBOs in Ontario in limited quantity in 660mL bottles. It is available for pre-order in store now, according to HogsBack Brewing.
