Humble Beginnings Brewing now open in South Stormont
Ingleside – Humble Beginnings Brewing Co. will open their doors for the first time this weekend at 25 Thorold Lane in Ingleside – a community in eastern Ontario’s South Stormont Township, southeast of Ottawa.
Founders Susan Wallwork and Pierre Doucette, whose slogan is “From humble beginnings come great things”, will offer draught pours in their tap room and growlers to-go in the brewery’s retail store – which includes a pale ale, IPA, and oatmeal stout, which more releases forthcoming.
Opening weekend hours are Friday February 16, 2018 1-6pm and Saturday February 17, 2018 11am-6pm.
Regular hours will follow, while a grand opening celebration will be hosted in April.
