Icy hot beer releases
OMEGA Ω Culture Blend is The Exchange Brewery’s double IPA blended with Kombucha tea and dry-hopped with Mosaic. It’s on draught now at the Niagara-on-the-Lake brewery.
Nickel Brook Brewing’s Cuvée returns this Friday to their Burlington bottle ship and to the LCBO on December 4. It’s brewed with 9 fruits and spices then aged one-year in Bourbon barrels with wild yeast and baceria.
Wellington Brewery launches UVB-76 Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout Series this Friday comprised of four variations including the base Roman, then Olga adding star anise, then Boris with hazelnut flavouring and vanilla beans, and lastly Mikhail using Mexican-style hot chocolate spices including cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla, and spicy chillies. All are available through the brewery in 355ml bottles.
