Kensington Brewing adding FishEYE-PA to lineup

Toronto’s Kensington Brewing Co. is set to expand it’s lineup with an IPA dubbed Baldwin FishEYE-PA.

Clocking in at 6.5% ABV, 70 IBUs and combining 3 types of malt and 4 varieties of hops, including a dry hopping, FishEYE-PA will yield a hop-forward ale with floral and citrus notes, adjacent to pine and caramel with a dry finish.

Initially available in 473mL cans and draught, the Baldwin FishEYE-PA is slated to launch October 25.

A launch party is planned at Bar Hop in Toronto on Thursday, October 25, host to Baldwin FishEYE-PA on cask (additional dry hops), traditional draught, and special draught run through Randall The Enamel Animal.
