Kensington’s Baldwin FishEYE IPA slated for Spring LCBO release
Kensington Brewing Co. of Toronto has announced the LCOB will start selling their Baldwin FishEYE IPA by May.
Originally released in October 2012, FishEYE has gone through several iterations as the brewers perfected the filtration and hop-scheduling.
Measuring in at 6.5% ABV and 65 IBUs, the IPA will be available in 473mL cans, and on draught at many bars initially across Toronto beginning this week.
