Keystone Alley in Stratford opens onsite nanobrewery
Stratford – Keystone Alley – a restaurant and cafe located at 34 Brunswick Street in Downtown Stratford – is now brewing onsite with a 1bbl nano system.

Since March 2018, Keystone Alley has been producing Keystone Kolsch along with rotating options currently including a Nordic-style Kviek ale with Pu’er tea and a Belgian-style Wite with coriander, lime, and orange zest.
Brewer Kyle Nesbitt notes their next beer release will be a Wai-Iti-hopped Saison.
Keystone Alley has been operating in Stratford for thirty years, once a bakery. Formerly run by Sheldon Russell and Patty Hawkins, it is now headed by Anthony Jordaan and Kimberly Hurley. There is also an onsite inn.
Keystone Alley is open Tues-Sun.
