Lake of Bays introduces new seasonal River Walker Summer Ale
Lake of Bays Brewing Co. of Baysville, ON has announced a new summer seasonal, River Walker Summer Ale, inspired by Northern river log drivers.
The 6% ABV ale features additions of freshly grated ginger root and lemon peel with notes of spice and citrus in the aroma.
Lake of Bays notes that their new seasonal ale is, “best served with lighter fare, including salads, seafood, sushi and chicken. Delicious compliment to chocolate, mousse or citrus-based dessert
River Walker Summer Ale will be available May through July on draught, cask and in 750mL bottles available at the LCBO (#4002110) and brewery for $8.95 each.
