Lake of Bays introduces NHL Aulumni Top Shelf Classic Lager in Las Vegas

Top ShelfLake of Bays Brewing Co. of Baysville, ON will introduce its upcoming Top Shelf Classic Lager – a collaboration with the NHL Alumni Association – at the National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA) trade show at Caesar’s Palace is Las Vegas, NV beginning Monday, September 30.

The beer will be available for tastings in the Craft Beers of Canada exhibit, booth No. 1312.

A 4.5% ABV golden lager brewed with German Noble hops and Canadian-grown malt, a portion of  Top Shelf Classic Lager sales to the NHL Alumni Association, a not-for-profit organization whose many charitable causes include assisting former NHL players in their transition from professional hockey.

Marty McSorley, retired Canadian NHL defenceman known for his physical prowess, will join the Craft Beers of Canada exhibit on Tuesday, October 1 from 1-4pm signing autographs.

In addition, Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery of Barrie, Grand River Brewing of Cambridge and Waterloo Brewing Co. of Kitchener-Waterloo will also be on hand at the National Beer Wholesalers Association sampling their products.

Top Shelf Classic Lager is slated for launch in LCBOs across Ontario in October, followed by Manitoba, Alberta, British Columbia and the United States.
