Lake Wilcox Brewing announces Spring opening in Vaughan
Vaughan – Lake Wilcox Brewing Co. today announced the location for its upcoming brewery in Vaughan at 1033 Edgeley Blvd.
Currently brewed on contract, its Mad Quacker Lager Vienna-style lager is currently available at the Beer Store and establishments in the GTA.
Founders by David De Ciantis and Ray Nicolini, both of neighbouring Richmond Hill, say “We wanted our flagship beer to be a sessionable beer with lots of flavour, distinct enough as to not complete with the ever popular IPA’s in the market.”
The new brewery will offer a tasting bar, retail store, tours, and event space when it opens in Spring 2016.
