Lake Wilcox Brewing now open in Vaughan
Vaughan – Lake Wilcox Brewing Co. has opened it’s new 8500 sq-ft brewery at 3-1033 Edgeley Blvd – just south of Vaughan Mills shopping centre.
Founded by David De Ciantis and Ray Nicolini, the brewer first launched in July 2015 with Mad Quacker Lager made on contract, and was to originally be based out of Richmond Hill, where its namesake Wilcox Lake is situated.
The brewery hosts a 20 hectolitre brewhouse and 2 hectolitre pilot brewing system for seasonal releses and a retail store and tap room.
Beers currently available for sale include Mad Quacker Vienna Amber Lager, Lake House Craft Lager, Bandit American Pale Ale, Black Hops Belgian Black IPA in 473ml cans and also limited release IPA and Belgian-stye Blonde available in 650ml bottles.
Operating hours are Mon-Wed 11am-6pm, Thu-Sat 11am-9 and Sun 12-5pm.
