Laylow brewpub now open in Toronto
Toronto – Laylow Beer Bar & Eatery is now open at 1144 College Street West at Dufferin St in Toronto’s Little Italy neighbourhood.
The thirty-seat hip hop themed bar and brewery, which opened in November, was founded by Dan Boniferro and Colin Weadick featuring a Mediterranean-inspired menu including snacks, cheese and charcuterie, sandwiches, shared plates, mussels, and more.
At present, the brewpub offers two in-house made beer brewed on a pico-sized system – Ghost in a Shell Saison and Black on Both Sides Stout – and previously a pale ale, in addition to its plentiful draught and bottle list of local and imported beer.
Operating hours are Sun-Thu 5-12, Fri-Sat 5-2 and weekend brunch 11-4.
