Left Field adds Amarillo Single Hop IPA to Prospect lineup
Toronto, ON – Left Field Brewery today announced the second addition to its Single Hop lineup, Prospect Amarillo IPA.
“The recipe for each batch of Prospect will remain the same as the last and it is only the hop variety, quantity and addition schedule that will change from batch to batch with the goal of showcasing the unique qualities of each selected hop,” says Left Field. The base malts for each include Canadian 2-row, Maris Otter, Crystal 40 and Carapils.
Prospect Amarillo IPA showcases aromas of orange and floral notes with flavours of orange and tangerine, measuring at 6.3% ABV with 60 IBUs.
Prospect IPA : KOHATU will be available on draught at better beer destinations throughout Ontario including Bar Hop, Bodega, Cold Tea, Famoso Annex, Hawthorne, Hi-Lo, People’s Eatery, Sher-E-Punjab, Tallboys, The Only Cafe, The Rhino, The Wren, WVRST and more. It will also be featured on CASK at Beau’s Oktoberfest this coming weekend.
