Left Field expands Prospect lineup with Dr. Rudi Single Hop IPA

Toronto, ON – Left Field Brewery today announced the third addition to its Single Hop lineup, Prospect Dr. Rudi IPA.

“The recipe for each batch of Prospect will remain the same as the last and it is only the hop variety, quantity and addition schedule that will change from batch to batch with the goal of showcasing the unique qualities of each selected hop,” says Left Field. The base malts for each include Canadian 2-row, Maris Otter, Crystal 40 and Carapils.

Released originally in 1976 in New Zealand, the Dr. Rudi hop varietal delivers fresh orange peel, pine and lemongrass aromas, followed-up with plenty of bright orange and pine flavour, according to Left Field Brewery.

Rated at 6.3% ABV with 60 IBUs, Prospect Dr. Rudi IPA launches on draught across Toronto beginning this week.
