Left Field launches Prospect Single Hop IPA line

Toronto, ON – Left Field Brewery has announced its new single-hopped beer lineup, Prospect Single Hop IPA.

The recipe for each batch of Prospect will remain the same as the last and it is only the hop variety, quantity and addition schedule that will change from batch to batch with the goal of showcasing the unique qualities of each selected hop,” says Left Field. The base malts for each include Canadian 2-row, Maris Otter, Crystal 40 and Carapils.

The first in its Prospect series features the Kohatu hop from New Zealand which exhibits  aromas of lime, earth and pineapple and flavours of tropical fruit. It measures at 6.3% ABV with 60 IBUs.

Prospect IPA : KOHATU will be available on draught at better beer destinations throughout Toronto during Toronto Beer Week including 3030, Bar Hop, Bar Volo, C’est What, Famoso Annex, Get Well, Hi-Lo, Tequila Bookworm, The Only Cafe, The Wren, WVRST and others, according to Left Field.
