Liberty Village Brewing will launch with 504 Pale Ale

504paleLiberty Village Brewing Co. of Toronto, ON will launch their first beer, 504 Pale Ale, on Wednesday April 24 at a release party hosted at 25 Liberty in Toronto at 5pm.

504 is an American-style pale ale utilizing Citra and Saaz hops weighing in at 4.8% ABV and 33 IBUs. The beer is named for the 504 streetcar servicing the Liberty Village vicinity in Toronto.

“This is the same Pale Ale that Liberty Villagers and Toronto craft beer enthusiasts helped pick as a favourite in the November 2012 tasting sessions. The recipe was scaled up from a 25L homebrew batch to 250L microbrew batches,” said the brewery.
