Market Brewing preludes opening with Bear Hug IPA
Newmarket – Market Brewing Co. has announced its first beer release – Bear Hug IPA (7.0%; 55 IBU) – is now available on draught at Hungry Brew Hops in Newmarket and The Craft Brasserie & Grille in Toronto.
The brewery, founded by Shane McCarthy and Josh Domingues, is slated to open this month at 17775 Leslie Street in Newmarket featuring a 3,000 sq-ft tap room, retail store, event space and patio.
Market Brewing’s core lineup also includes a lager and Belgian-style wit made by head brewer Ethan Allured.
