Mega cider bar opening in Toronto
Toronto – This Spring, Her Father’s Cider Bar + Kitchen is gearing up to launch at 119 Harbord St boasting more than 75 local and international ciders, billing itself as “Canada’s premier cider bar”.
Founder Joshua Mott has enlisted Executive Chef Ryan Barclay to head kitchen operations offering locally sourced, seasonally inspired food menu offering shareables to entrees.
Her Father’s Cider Bar + Kitchen is targeting a soft opening in April 2016 followed by a grand opening to coincide with Ontario Craft Cider Week, May 29 – June 4, 2016.
