Mill St. Brewery launches Belgian-style Cherry IPA

mill-st-belg-cherryToronto, ON – Mill St. Brewery this week released its new Belgian-style Cherry IPA at its Toronto Brewpub.

Mill St. Brewmaster, Joel Manning, descbribes, “Our Belgian-style Cherry IPA is a unique hybrid in that it is a British-style IPA but brewed with this Belgian perspective and then refermented with a huge quantity of Ontario sour cherry juice to give it a red tone and a very distinct cherry aroma and palate similar to Belgian Kriek beers.”

“The English Fuggles hops used in this beer are both traditional English IPA hops as well as having a flavour that melds very well with the sour cherry acidity.”

Mill St.’s Belgian-style Cherry IPA is available now on draught at the Mill St. Brewpub Toronto.
