Mill St. reported to open new pub in Toronto Distillery District
Toronto Life reports that Mill St. Brewery will open a new pub in Toronto’s Distillery District this April called The Beer Hall.
“The bar and restaurant will serve a rotating selection of Mill St. beers, as well as bierschnaps, a traditional Bavarian liquor that will be distilled on-site from beer piped over from the brewpub next door”, writes Toronto Life editor, Michelle Reddick.
Elizabeth Rivasplata, a former Top Chef Canada contestant is said to be taking the executive chef role.
