Mill St.’s resurrects Belgian tripel-style Betelgeuse
Mill St. Brewery of Toronto has resurrected its Betelgeuse Belgian-style tripel.
At 8.5% ABV, the tripel boasts notes of pear, peach, apple, citrus, clove, and bubble gum with a sweet start but dry finish.
Look for 355mL bottles at the Mill St. brewpub and LCBO, with pricing and availability details to be updated soon.
