Mill St.’s Spring Brewmaser’s Dinner slated for May
Mill St. Brewery’s Ottawa, ON brewpub will host its Spring Brewmaster’s Dinner with its Brewmaster, Joel Manning, set for Thursday, May 16 at 6:30pm.
Highlights from the menu include:
Amuse Bouche and welcome beer:
Don Valley Bench Ale & white gazpacho gelee.
1st course:
Ampel Weiss with a dash of lemon syrup & Sweet and sour pork with crispy fried vermicelli noodles (Mee Krob)
2nd course:
Curious Parrot Golden Ale & Sopa de Lima (spicy chicken and lime soup)
3rd course:
Minimus Dubbel & Duck leg confit with blueberry sauce served with double smoked bacon scalloped potatoes and fried sweetbreads.
Dessert course:
Distillery Ale & Stilton cheesecake with strawberry and rhubarb compote
