Muskoka Brewery introduces ready-to-drink Gin & Tonic

Bracebridge – Muskoka Brewery and its Muskoka Spirits arm today announce the launch of a ready-to-drink gin and tonic called Docker.

Docker (4.0%) is made using Muskoka Spirits Gin and mixed with a natural tonic made with cinchona bark and also lime and cucumber.

Pre-mixed cocktails are becoming increasingly popular with other products such as Georgian Bay Spirits’ Gin Smash and Dixon’s Gin Fusion.

Muskoka Spirits’ Docker touts itself has having nearly half the calories as similar products at 160 calories compared to around 260.

“With Docker, we set out to create the perfect summer drink where you don’t have to compromise on taste or worry that it’s loaded with calories and sugar or artificial sweeteners,” says Todd Lewin, President of Muskoka Brewery. “What makes Docker really unique is that we’ve made it with our small-batch Legendary Oddity Gin, a traditional dry gin with wild juniper berries and orris root. And unlike other coolers, it’s actually made locally right here in Muskoka. Ontarians wait so long to get on the dock and patio, we wanted to make a drink that’s refreshingly simple and delicious.”

Find it available now at the Bracebridge brewery, online, and the LCBO in 473ml cans.
