The Exchange Brewery in Niagara-on-the-Lake has launched Spontaneous Ale – brewed with a turbid mash with an extended boil of noble aged hops, then barrel fermented with wild yeast cultures harvested from Niagara fruit skins.
Royal City Brewing in Guelph has released seasonal Autumn Ale – brewed with sweet potato, butternut squash, and warm baking spices.
Rouge River Brewing in Markham has released a Pink Guava Sour.
Bench Brewing in Beamsville has launched Galaxy Grove – a dry-hopped sour with Galaxy hops.
Barncat Artisan Ales has released Money Made Me Do It Double IPA hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe.
