New craft beer bar in works from Bar Volo owners
Toronto, ON – A new craft beer destination is in the works from the co-owners of Bar Volo and Cask Days, reports Toronto Life.
The new location at 612 College St in Toronto’s Little Italy would not be a direct extension of the existing Bar Volo but focused primarily on beer and snacks with no onsite brewery or kitchen, according to Toronto Life.
Tomas Morana, quoted byToronto Life, explained, “The plan is to have really unique beers that you can’t find anywhere else in the city—sour beers, rustic ales, farmhouse brews and barrel aged beers.”
A targeted opening date was not immediately available.
