Tobermory Brewing Co. & Grill slated to open April 2015
Tobermory, ON – The Tobermory Brewing Co & Grill has announced it is now under development in the small community at the northern tip of the Bruce Peninsula.
Husband and wife team Kristin and Matthew Buckley hope to open the brewery and grill by April 2015 at 28 Bay St., reports the Wiarton Echo.
The pair have brought on recent Niagara College Brewmaster & Brewery Management graduate Morag Kloeze, a nearby Owen Sound resident.
“We’ve decided to go with a lager as our flagship, and also add in an IPA,” says Matt Buckley to the Wiarton Echo. “Over time we’ll get into stout’s and darks, etc.”
The brewing equipment is being sourced from Walkerton and is slated to be installed by February 2015.
