Niagara College Teaching Brewery announces three holiday themed beers
Niagara College Teaching Brewery (NCTB) in Niagara-On-The-Lake, ON today announced releases of three specialty holiday beers produced by students of its Brewmaster and Brewery Operations. The brewery notes the releases were timed to toast to Saint Nicholas Day.
NCTB’s Winter Ale – alternatively known as Rudolph’s Sunburned Nose Ale – is noted to boast a South African influence and measures at 7.1% ABV.
Next, NCBT will release Rudolph’s Red Nose Barleywine – a version of their 2012 release aged 1-year in Bourbon barrels and finishing at 8% ABV.
Lastly, NCTB’s first gluten-free release – Ho Ho Hold the Gluten – is a spiced Christmas beer clocking in at 7.1% ABV.
Try all three beginning Friday, December 6 at its campus brewery retail store.
