Nickel Brook releases 2014 vintage Cuvée Reserve Ale
Burlington, ON – Nickel Brook Brewing Co. today announced it has released its 2014 vintage Cuvée Reserve Ale.
“The 2014 Cuvée is our bourbon barrel aged interpretation of a Manhattan cocktail,” says Nickel Brook. ” The resulting ale is a complex, warming and mellow amber beer that can be enjoyed today or left to cellar.”
Aged for 12 months in Four Roses and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, the 2014 Cuvée Reserve Ale is brewed with orange peel, cinnamon, allspice and vanilla reaching 7.7% ABV.
It is available now through Nickel Brook’s brewery retail store and LCBO in 750mL bottles for $10.95.
