Ottawa – North of 7 Distillery this week introduced a limited edition Double Wood 4 Grain Whisky – limited to just 251 bottles.
“This starts off as a regular four grain but spends its last six months in a wave stave barrel to add some extra flavour and colour,” describes the distillery.
The mash bill consists of corn, wheat, rye, and barley.
Each 750ml bottle – rated at 45% ABV – is available at the distillery for $60.
