Northwinds Brewery launches Three Stage Xtra Pale Ale
Northwinds Brewery of Collingwood, ON today announced the release of its new Three Stage Xtra Pale Ale (XPA), an unfiltered Blonde ale measuring at 4.6% ABV and 22 IBUs.
The blonde ale is named for the 3 Stage mountain bike trail in Collingwood which boasts 700+ km of rocky vertical trail.
“The aroma offers bright citrus, including clementine and orange zest. Citrus shines through in flavour to a light malty character balancing the hops. The finish is clean and dry without lingering bitterness. This beer is very sessionable and the perfect complement to a light meal or to quench any thirst”, says Andrew Bartle, head brewer at Northwinds.
Three Stage Xtra Pale is rolling out to establishments in the Collingwood area and across the GTA on draught.
