Ontario Brewer Podcast teams up with Dairy Farmers of Canada
This upcoming season of the bi-monthly Ontario Brewer podcast, hosted by Mirella Amato, is slated to focus on beer ingredients and cheese pairing in conjunction with the Dairy Farmers of Canada.
Representatives from a featured brewery will share a pair of their beers with discussion revolving around a specific beer ingredient on the 2nd Monday of each month.
On the 4th Monday of each month, cheese specialists and reps from a featured brewery will sample two featured beers paired with a selection of three cheeses.
