Ontario Brewing Awards enter tenth year in 2013
The Ontario Brewing Awards (OBA) celebrate their tenth year of awarding beers and brewers in Ontario.
The awards are sprearheaded by Beerlicious Inc. and Roger Mittag, known for his Prud’homme Beer Certification and Thirst for Knowledge beer education classes.
23 beer style categories are featured in this year’s competition open to any beer brewed in Ontario.
Winners will not be announced this year until the Gala Ceremony, which takes place at Toronto’s Gladstone Hotel on Tuesday, April 30 from from 5-8pm where awards will be presented for Gold, Silver and People’s Choice with beer and food pairing stations available for sampling.
General admission tickets are $10 each and can be purchased now.
