Ontario Craft Brewers launch monthly Tech Talk seminars
The Ontario Craft Brewers (OCB) have launched a new series of interactive seminars – Tech Talk -discussing topics of interested to Ontario’s craft beer community scheduled monthly or bi-monthly.
Fundamentals of Detergents and Sanitizers, the first-in-series, runs Friday, November 29 from 1-2pm at Black Oak Brewing Co. in Etobicoke, ON featuring guest speaker George Agius, Global Application expert for CIP, Food and Beverage, Sealed Air.
Seminars are offered both in-person and through an interactive, Web-based teleconference system. The cost is free for OCB members or $15 per person for non-members.
Registration for Fundamentals of Detergents and Sanitizers ends November 28.
