Drive-thru Beer Store coming to Woodstock
The City of Woodstock is receiving a drive-thru Beer Store.
Capable of accommodating 7 cars in line, employees will bring out and load orders into vehicles under a covered area.
The roughly 6,500 sq-ft. Beer Store will go up at the intersection of Dundas St. and Clarke St..
Woodstock city council unanimously endorsed the zone change, although it will be a tight fit on the property.
And, although there are concerns about impact on traffic, the developer, Knutson Development Consultants, provided “The traffic data we have … is very good.” Those two entrance points will work very well. ”
