Pink guava Berliner weisse out soon from Sawdust, Block 3, Stack
A triple collaboration between Sawdust City Brewing Co, Block Three Brewing Co. and Stack Brewing Co. will be released this July 2017 – Flotter Drier Pink Guava Berliner Weisse.
The Berliner weisse was brewed in January 2017 at Block 3 and matured in their oak foeder, then transferred to Stack Brewing in May for two months of barreling aging in Ontario wine barrels, finally it was taken to Sawdust City for additions of pink guava before can-conditioning.
A limited amount of Flotter Drier (4%) will be available in 473ml cans for $3.75 only through Sawdust City’s retail store beginning July 1, 2017 – during Funkfest 2017.
