Polonée Distillery opens Canada Day in St Catharines
St Catharines – Polonée Distillery said today their new distillery at 450-380 Vansickle Road in St. Catharines is set to open on Canada Day.
Kannuk Vodka, the distillery’s first spirit – made from a blend of corn, wheat, sweet potato, and wild rice – will be available through the distillery’s retail store and tasting room.
The founding team of Patricia and Adam Szymków, Polish-Canadians, named the distillery Polonée after the French word for Polish.
Polonée Distillery opens Saturday July 1, 2017 at noon.
