Prud’homme Beer Certification launches online Level 2 training
The Prud’homme Beer Certification, a Canadian beer sommelier program created in 2009, has launched an online version of their Level 2 – Beer Specialist training program.
The Level 2 program is geared towards those in the hospitality industry and representitives of breweries or distributors, and requires 4-6 hours of online study through 8 modules followed by a 2-day in-class tasting session focusing off-flavours, a draught workshop, and cooking with beer. Level 1 is a prerequisite
The cost is $425.
