Rainhard Brewing launches this week in Toronto
Founded by award-winning homebrewer Jordan Rainhard, the new brewery, located in the Stockyards district is housed in an old 1940s industrial plant at 108-100 Symes Rd., equipped with a 8 hectolitre brewhouse.
When fully open, it will offer a lounge, event space, and retail store selling bottles and growlers.
Rainhard Brewing’s Armed ‘n Citra is a 5.2%, 45 IBU American-style Pale Ale brewed with four Citra hop additions. A Double IPA, Saison, and Russian Imperial Stout will also be available.
The brewery’s retail store opening date has not yet been announced.
