Rainhard Brewing launches this week in Toronto

Toronto, ON – New Toronto microbrewery Rainhard Brewing Co. today announced it will release its first beer Armed ‘n Citra this week at its launch event hosted at barVolo on Friday April 3, 2015.

rainhardFounded by award-winning homebrewer Jordan Rainhard, the new brewery, located in the Stockyards district is housed in an old 1940s industrial plant at 108-100 Symes Rd., equipped with a 8 hectolitre brewhouse.

When fully open, it will offer a lounge, event space, and retail store selling bottles and growlers.

Rainhard Brewing’s Armed ‘n Citra is a 5.2%, 45 IBU American-style Pale Ale brewed with four Citra hop additions. A Double IPA, Saison, and Russian Imperial Stout will also be available.

The brewery’s retail store opening date has not yet been announced.
