Rhythm & Brews Brewing now open in Cambridge

Cambridge – Rhythm & Brews Brewing Co. has set Wednesday May 23, 2018 at 4pm for their opening at 1000 Bishop Street North in Cambridge.

Founder Andrew Byer – a BJCP National Beer Judge, Prud’homme Beer Sommelier, Certified Cicerone and veteran home brewer – first launched Rhythm & Brews Brewing out of Rainhard Brewing in January 2016.

He and Craig Schindler are now operating the 4,200 sq-foot, 15 hectolitre brewery which features a live events stage, 16 draught lines in the tap room, a retail store with cans and growlers, and a patio slated to open this summer. Charcuterie boards are available daily.

Byer notes a barrel program is en route and their smaller pilot system will allow for numerous collaborations and specialty releases.

Operating hours are Mon-Sun 11am-9pm.
