Rhythm & Brews to open brewery in Cambridge this summer

Cambridge – Rhythm & Brews Brewing Co. has announced plans to open its own bricks-and-mortar brewery in Cambridge this summer.

Launched in January 2016 by brewer and BJCP National Beer Judge, Andrew Byer – who currently brews out of Junction Craft Brewing in Toronto – recently earned gold and bronze medals at the 2017 Ontario Brewing Awards.

Rhythm & Brews’ Cambridge brewing facility will feature a 11 hectolitre brewhouse, a very active live events stage – focusing on supporting local music talent – plus a tap room, and retail store.

A targeted opening is planned for August 2017.
