Ridge Rock Brewing opens near Ottawa this Spring

Carp – The rural community on Carp in Ottawa’s West Carleton-March ward will be home to Ridge Rock Brewing Co. this Spring.
Named partly for the nearby Canadian shelf rock ridge formation and the name of a former street, the brewery occupies an 1860s era building at Carp’s main intersection at 422 Donald B. Munro Drive.
Founders Jake Sinclair, Calvin de Haan, Jason Lalonde, and Ryan Grassie along with Brewmaster Jamie Maxwell will offer a tap room, retail store, and kitchen at the brewery.
A firm Spring 2018 opening date has not yet been set.
