Affection Spelt Farmhouse Ale with Rosemary & Sage is out in 375ml bottles on December 7 from Half Hours on Earth Brewery in Seaforth – it was aged 7 months in Chardonnay barrels.

Beau’s Brewing has launched Glacial Gruit in collaboration with the Alliance of Natural History Museums of Canada (ANHMC). It’s brewed with yarrow, fireweed, rosehips, and buckwheat.
The fifth release in Lake Wilcox Brewing’s 12 days of Christmas is Some Would Even Say It Glows Red IPA – out today at the brewery in Vaughan.
