Rorschach Brewing now open in Toronto
Toronto – Rorschach Brewing Co. is now open in Toronto at 1001 Eastern Ave bordering Leslieville The Beaches neighbourhoods.
Founded by Mohan Pandit, Chris Ristevski, Ben Ragan and Matthew Reiner, the new brewpub in the former french restaurant Le Papillon on the Park space, boasts a full tap room, dining room with full view of the brewery and second floor patio.
“The idea behind the name Rorschach is that, despite chemical analysis being able to quantify all flavour compounds in a specific beer, and thus have an absolute flavour profile of that beer on paper, no two people will perceive that specific beer in the exact same way. In addition, the foam on the liquid surface of a glass of beer can resemble many patterns, similar to that of a Rorschach image,” say the founders.
Beer selection on hand for launch includes table saison, pale ale, provisional saison, IPA, and coffee oatmeal stout.
Operating hours are Mon-Sun 5-midnight.
