Sawdust City and Beau’s to release Hot Love Under a Cold Moon
Gravenhurst – Sawdust City Brewing Co. and Beau’s All Natural Brewing Co. will release their collaborative Hot Love Under a Cold Moon weizenbock this month.
“Brewed under the glow of the first ‘cold moon’ in 38 years, this German Weizenbock [is] chalk full of plumy, raisiny goodness with heaps of banana, clove and chocolate thrown in for good measure,” says Sawdust City brewmaster Sam Corbeil. It measures in at 8% ABV.
Made in Gravenhurst just before Christmas with Beau’s brewmaster Matt O’Hara on hand, Hot Love Under a Cold Moon will be available in can-conditioned 473ml cans at Sawdust City’s retail store beginning Thursday, February 11, 2016.
A draught release will be available at the Arrow & Loon in Ottawa during a Sawdust City tap takeover on February 11 and at a special pre-release at The Wren in Toronto on February 9 at their beer dinner event.
