Sawdust City brings out trio of late Summer beer releases
Gravenhurst – Three beer releases from Sawdust City Brewing Co. are out this month including the return of Bitter Beauty IPA, seasonal Wet Hop Pale Ale and the launch of Adaptation.
Wet Hop Pale Ale (5.6%, 35 IBU) – The 2017 edition again employs freshly picked Chinook hops harvested from Clear Valley Hops in Collingwood. Available September 28.
Adaptation: Mosaic (5%, 20 IBU) – Using Sawdust City’s Gateway Kolsch as the base, this new series of single-hoped beers leads off with the Mosaic hop typically offering notes of blueberry, . Available September 13.
Bitter Beauty Wheat IPA – (7.5%, 60 IBU) – Back for late Summer, this collaboration with Jason Collett, IPA uses Idaho 7, Azacca, Amarillo, Mosaic, Galaxy and Vermont ale yeast. Available September 7
All three releases are available through the brewery in 473ml cans and on draught.
Additionally, the newest batch of Maple Butter Tart Ale is available at the brewery and LCBO.
