Sawdust City and Nickel Brook pair on new 11.05 Triple IPA
Gravenhurst, ON / Burlington, ON – Sawdust City Brewing Co. and Nickel Brook Brewing Co. brewmasters Sam Corbeil and Ryan Morrow have announced the second iteration of their 11.05 collaboration birthday release.
The pair, who share a November 5 birthday, have brewed a new Triple IPA measuring in at 11.05%.
Corbeil describes it as, “ludicrously hoppy, made with a blend of Citra, Amarillo & Simcoe hops. Big citrus aroma & flavour.”
The 2013 version of 11.05 was a fruit and spice infused barley wine.
11.05 launches on Wednesday November 5, 2014 at a birthday celebration for the pair at Bar Hop in Toronto. Thereafter 11.05 will be available on draught at select establishments in Ontario and also at the Sawdust City brewery retail store in 473mL cans.
