Shillow Beer Co. debuts in Toronto this October
Toronto, ON – The Shillow Beer Co. will launch its first craft beer this October in Toronto.
The new brewery is headed by Ben and Jamie Shillow – Ben a wine sommelier and homebrewer, and Jamie a graduate of Niagara College’s Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program. The pair are brewing under contract currently at Niagara College’s Teaching Brewery.
Shillow Beer Co.’s American Brown Ale, brewed exclusively for beerbistro, will be available beginning Monday, October 6, 2014.
