Sleeping Giant and Mirella Amato host guided dinner in Thunder Bay in May
Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. and Bight Restaurant, both situated in Thunder Bay, ON, are slated to host Brews & Bights, a five-course tasting hosted by Mirella Amato.
Amato is one of only six certified Master Cicerones world-wide, and the only in Canada.
The event, scheduled for 6:30pm on Wednesday, May 15 at Bight Restaurant, features three beers from Sleeping Giant in addition to two, unannounced Ontario craft beers, paired with five-courses guided by Amato.
