Sleeping Giant Brewing announces Anomaly #4 coffee vanilla porter
Thunder Bay’s Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. has revealed details for their new coffee vanilla porter, Anomaly #4, which measures at 6% ABV.
Notes of roasted coffee, caramel, vanilla, and tinges of fruit are on the nose, while flavours of coffee, roasted malt, vanilla and burnt caramel/toffee are present aided by additions of locally roasted coffee beans and vanilla post-fermentation.
Sleeping Giant recommends pairing the porter with roasted, smoked or barbecued meats and chocolate desserts.
Anomaly #4 is scheduled for release in approximately two weeks.
