Sleeping Giant launches Slate Valley Saison
Thunder Bay’s Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. today announced the launch of its new Slate Valley Belgian-style Saison, brewed in celebration of the brewery’s one-year anniversary.
Brewed with a combination of Pilsen, Munich, and wheat malts with Bravo hops, the 6% ABV Saison produces fruity notes with hints of pepper with slightly dry finish, says Sleeping Giant.
Availability begins Thursday, June 13 through the brewery with growler fill-ups available for $15. Sleeping Giant will announce draught availability Thursday.
